STEP 1 - WEDDING CAKE TASTING

After you have scheduled your food tasting with the Chef,
fill out the “White Eagle Cake Tasting Form” located in the White Eagle Golf Club tab above.

Tasting cakes will be available at the same time as your food tasting.
Your choices must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to food tasting date.

Choose 4 cake flavors and 4 fillings for the tasting. You can pick 2 of those flavor combinations for the wedding cake.

You will receive 4- 4” small cakes, feel free to taste them at the club, or take home to enjoy. Each cake will serve up to 6 people.

Due to the nature of the recipes, I will not be able to scale down for a tasting of the sweets table desserts.
The tasting will be for cake only.

Products contain the following allergens ~ Eggs Nuts Soy Peanuts Milk Wheat. At this time Sweet Creations by Tracey is not equipped to accommodate guests with such allergies and is not responsible for any allergic reactions.
Let Michelle know if you need to make arrangements for those situations.

STEP 2 - CHOOSE A BUTTERCREAM CAKE DESIGN

See Wedding Cake Designs under “White Eagle Golf Club” tab above.

Any decorating in the designs can be mixed and matched. If you like the piping on one tier and the spatula technique on another, they can be combined to create your custom cake. The number of guests will dictate the number of cake tiers. I will adjust the design for either more or less tiers for your cake. Note ~ you are looking at the design of the cake (spatula technique and piping), not necessarily at the flower arrangement. If there is a design you are interested in, but don't see one similar in my photos, email me a picture and I can let you know if it will be included in the package, or if it will incur additional charges.

To see these designs in print, ask to see my design binder at your tasting, I have printed photos of the cake designs. If the design you choose has a ribbon, the ribbon sample colors are in the back, let me know which ribbon number and color you choose in the “final details” form.

Small Cakes with Sweets Table Option

In lieu of a Multi Tiered Cake, some couples are opting for a small cutting cake along with a Sweets Table.
For the Silver and Gold Packages, I will provide the Sweets Table
For the Platinum Package, White Eagle will provide the Sweets Table

1 tier size is 6”(serves 12- Design is #104 unless otherwise specified.)
OR 2 tiered sizes are 6”/8” (serves 36– Choose design from the Wedding Cake Designs)

All plates, stands, pedestals, or any other décor on the Sweets Table is the responsibility of the couple or venue to provide

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Fresh Flowers

For the multi tiered and small 1 - 2 tiered cakes, I highly recommend ordering cake flowers through your florist. They really complete the overall look of the cake and tie all of your reception décor together.
Ask for a variety of flowers from your centerpieces. Roses, spray roses, smaller filler flowers, berries and greenery are the most used. Eucalyptus and rose petals are sometimes used around the cake to further compliment the cake table, so ask your florist for those, if you like.
The florist will typically leave the flowers on the cake table and I will arrange them on the cake.
Please note, I can only work with the flowers I am given, I will arrange accordingly. If you want the flowers arranged in a specific way, show a photo to both me and your florist so they can have the correct amount and type of flowers needed.

Cake Stands

The cake is placed on a baseboard, then placed on the table. If you purchase a cake stand, or are renting one from your florist, please let me know the dimensions of the stand in the “final details” form. The size will dictate the baseboard and depending on the size of the cake, may or may not work with your stand. Please email before purchasing or renting and I can give you an estimate on size based on the number of guests you are serving.
